Pure vowels, diphthongs and triphthongs
This is a combination of the three vowel sounds, monophthongs (pure vowel), diphthongs and triphthongs.
A Triphthong has three vowel sounds which are a combination of diphthongs and schwa as demonstrated in the video.
Vowel Sounds Part 1: Monophthongs

A Monophthong is a vowel with a single sound. In the spoken English language a vowel sound can either be long or short, as demonstrated in the video.

Here is a short video that gives a brief definition and history on the vowel sound Diphthong.
The video states that Diphthong is a two vowel sound in the same syllable. Diphthongs can be found in every word we speak. The term Diphthong is originated from Greek.
